Believe Housing Australia provides affordable housing for older people. We also provide support to find housing, maintain tenancies, and access the services needed to live at home independently.
Who can access the service?
Believe Housing Australia’s housing for older people is for those aged over 55 (over 50 for First Nations people) on low income who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. We provide this service in various locations across metropolitan Adelaide.
Long-term accommodation for older people
Believe Housing Australia has a number of housing options for older people who are on low incomes or at risk of homelessness.
Laura and Alfred West Cottage Homes
These homes are located across metropolitan Adelaide and provide affordable housing for older people on a low income.
Aged Pensioners’ Independent Homes
These one and two-bedroom homes in the Adelaide metropolitan area are available for older people on a low income.
