Feedback & Complaints

If you give a compliment, it will be passed onto the relevant person or area. If you make a complaint, we will pay attention to it as soon as possible, and try to find a solution or make changes to our services if needed.


As a Believe Housing Australia tenant, you have the right to appeal any decision made by Believe Housing Australia that affects your tenancy. An appeal is a formal review process where you request Believe Housing Australia to review the decision.
