We’ve implemented measures to help keep our housing tenants and the community healthy and safe.

In keeping with social distancing protocols, we recommend reducing time in our reception areas and  only visiting our offices if it’s for an essential appointment.

Tenants

For any queries, please call your Tenancy Officer or contact 1800 688 000 (select option 1, then option 3).

Maintenance

To report maintenance issues 24/7, phone 1800 688 000 (select option 1, then option 1 again).

Rental payments

Please make rental payments by calling your local Housing office instead of visiting one of our offices.

Lease renewals

Lease renewals will be emailed or posted to you for your signature. If you would like to discuss the renewal, please call your Tenancy Officer.

Virtual inspections

Home inspections and non-essential routine inspections will be conducted via video link until the end of February.

Home visits

If we need to attend your home or send a maintenance contractor to your home:

• COVID screening questions will be asked
• Face masks must be worn at all times
• Social distancing rules must be followed

Office visits

In the case where a person attends one of our offices, we are required to follow government protocol. We’ll be clarifying prior to ensure:

• the tenant or any person(s) they live with are all feeling physically well and healthy
• the tenant or any person(s) have not visited hotspots in or outside of South Australia within the last 14 days
• the tenant or any person(s) are not experiencing any symptoms of illness.

If you are unwell, we will discuss the alternatives with you.
