Housing for Young People
Young people experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, can access housing and support through Believe Housing Australia.
To find out more about youth housing, please contact us. Believe Housing Australia offers housing and support for young people through a number of programs and support services.
Post Care Pathways
This partnership project with AnglicareSA provides accommodation and support to young people leaving State care.
The project provides community housing apartments in Adelaide’s inner south-west and assists young care leavers with reduced rent and supports them to maintain education and employment, while establishing independent living skills.
It’s more than just housing. The service helps young tenants with a range of life skills such as household budgeting, getting a driver’s licence, engaging in wellbeing programs and local community initiatives, and enrolling to vote.
Youth 110
Youth 110 is a partnership with St John’s Youth Services that provides a crisis housing response to vulnerable young people in South Australia.
It includes 30 self-contained apartments in the city over four floors, with office space to enable the St John’s Youth Services team to provide
24-hour care and case management support.
Youth 110 is for young people aged 16 to 21 including singles, couples, single parents, young families and siblings.
Studio Purpose
The Studio Purpose project is a partnership with ac.care, which provides safe accommodation for young people in the Murray Bridge region.
It offers accommodation to eligible young people between the ages of 15 – 21 years who are receiving an independent income and not under the guardianship of the minister.
