Affordable Housing

People on a low income may be able to access housing through Believe Housing Australia’s portfolio of Affordable Housing properties.

Affordable housing is for people on a low to moderate income who may not be eligible for community housing and who can’t afford to rent or buy in the private housing market.

Believe Housing Australia manages a number of affordable housing properties, which are rented at 25% below the market value of the property.

You may be eligible for affordable housing if you:

  • Live in South Australia
  • Don’t own or partly own residential property
  • Have an independent income.
