Complete the South Australian Government’s Change of Circumstances form to update your registration of interest in housing, including:

  • the housing providers you’re registered with (for example, Believe Housing Australia)
  • the people you want to live in your household (for example, an elderly parent moving in with you)
  • your housing preferences (for example, areas you registered for).

Once you have completed the form and provided supporting documentation (for example, proof of income and proof of identity), return the form to either Housing SA or Believe Housing Australia.
