New customer focused housing software launches
This week, Believe Housing Australia formally launched its new partnership with Civica’s Cx Housing Management System.
The customer-focused housing software will allow Believe Housing Australia to enhance operational efficiency while better supporting tenants and their families.
The new system is designed to offer numerous benefits, including streamlined processes, reduced manual work, enhanced data security and integrity, automated workflows for improved efficiency, better asset management and invoicing accuracy, as well as superior data quality for reliable reporting.
Believe Housing Australia Executive General Manager, Stacey Northover, said investment in this five-year partnership demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement.
“Our decision to invest in Cx Housing underscores our dedication to gaining a comprehensive understanding of our tenants’ needs,” Ms Northover said.
“Furthermore, it positions us favourably for growth and efficient operations on a larger scale in the future and supports our employees to effectively undertake their roles.”
In November, a second phase of the project will be implemented to introduce enhancements and new functionalities including access portals for tenants and contractors to improve engagement and service delivery.
